We form a collaborative therapeutic partnership to look at all aspects of your life while addressing your concerns, identifying and breaking unhealthy behaviors, and developing your strengths. I provide education around your issues and offer useful tools for everyday application that give you the confidence and ability to deal with similar issues in the future. 

The foundation for our work together is built upon mindfulness which is simply bringing awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in any given moment. When your consciousness deepens, you become empowered to access your unique strengths to effectively cope with challenges as they arise and achieve greater balance in your life.
